Institute (FR), had experiences in various kitchens of French
Michelin-starred restaurants, thanks to which has developed a strong
international point of view.
He then decided to move towards the F&B Management and he has
collected various experiences in important companies in the Ho.Re.Ca.
Currently, he holds the role of Sales Manager & Project Supervisor at
Laurenzi Consulting, company specialized in consultancy and
communication for the F&B sector.
He is also lecturer in different Universities and schools, such as CAST
Alimenti, SDA Bocconi and others.
