Kiki Lab - 2021 Global Retail Trends & Innovations

Retail Innovations is the international research that every year, starting from 2005, analyzes trends and cases of innovation in the Retail sector.

Realized by Kiki Lab with Ebeltoft Group, the last edition explored the two complementary trends of Rationality and Emotionality during shopping. A focus also concerned the omni-experience, the new frontier of omni-channel, and the Sustainability in Retail, an increasingly important and current topic.
