Brand and retail for a sustainable present

Today, sustainability is a must. According to the international research report “Ki-Life, Brand and Retail for a sustainable present”, produced by Kiki Lab and Ebeltoft Group, 85% of consumers agree with this sentiment. The research outlines the trends and highlights 50 best practices from 15 different countries, clustered into four models: Pioneers, Focus Driven, Evolver and Transformation Leaders. For example, Green Pea is featured as best practice in real estate – the sustainable department store, launched by Oscar Farinetti and his family in Turin, includes five floors devoted to sustainable non-food brands. The building has been described as 100% sustainable, uses renewable energies and wood from unrooted trees, Kiki Lab collaborates with Farinetti’s projects and with real estate specialists and retailers to improve results, anticipating the emerging expectations of consumers.
